Hope everyone is having a good weekend!

I would like to relocate all the media associated with one specific avid project on to a new drive. Unfortunately the media is currently spread across multiple drives along with a considerable amount of additional media that belongs to other projects. What is the best way of executing this maneuver? The only course of action that comes to mind at this time is to use “reveal file” function for each piece of media and that would take forever. I appreciate any input – Thanks!

I always keep media for different projects in different folders (or partitions).

But there are tools out there that let you separate multi-project mediafiles folders. I’ve used Random Video’s Media Mover, as well as the free tool named MDV (PC only).
