    I am also having this issue. I am often away from my keyboard and use a remote control to automatically start and stop capturing. If there is a means to automatically increment filenames I would desperately like to know what this is! I already tried using wildcards in filenames but the ME3 software won’t accept them.

    I seem to have misplaced my old version of the software so unfortunately until I can come up with a viable workaround with ME3 my Intensity Pro is no longer a viable capture solution. Any help here would be much appreciated!

    I just bought a Decklink HD Extreme 3D. It came with Media Express 2.3, but the manual shows 3.0 features, and the Blackmagic support site only offers 2.3 for download. Where can I get 3.0?

    @Sean McKee
    you need to download Desktop Video 8.5 for Windows

    they’ve included everything in one software.

    Any further information on the auto increment function in ME3? I would also like to see this function return!

    I just got a chance to download Desktop Video 8.6 and was pleasantly surprised to see the Auto File Increment feature has returned!

    Major thanks to all the guys at Blackmagic…you’re a lifesaver!

    Regards,
    Jason
