    Media Error but can hear audio

    Hi,

    I have been using resolve for a while and never had this issue before:

    I am importing MXF files and am getting error “media offline” – But can hear the audio.

    I am taking the clips from a drive that I use a lot with Resolve so not really sure whats happening.

    Please help!

    Is this Resolve Studio or the free version? Studio supports a larger number of file formats, and that may be what you’re encountering.

    Yeah its the free version. I think the clips that dont work are xavc L.
