  Media Encoder not encoding latest save from Premiere

  I always use Media Encoder to encode my timelines from Premiere. I’m using the latest CC versions of both. A couple of days ago, ME started producing files that didn’t reflect the latest saved changes in Premiere. For example, I’d change the backing audio track of a sequence and then queue to ME. ME created the file with no problems or errors, but the resulting output still had the old version of the backing track.

  Any idea what I’m doing wrong? I’m currently working around it by rendering in Premiere, but that really slows down my workflow.
