Media Encoder is rendering the “Media Offline” message even though Premiere says it’s online

FYI, the full path is: C:\Users\[yourusername]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common
I’m betting it’s because of the media cache files in here.
anyway, just deleted the folder and upon sending a project to AME it recreated it. renders fine now
