  Media Encoder is not properly encoding 24 frame video

  Adobe Media Encoder 6.01 improperly encodes 24 frame DV files.

  I just updated to 6.02 same problem.

  drop a 23.98 file in and use the DV NTSC 24 preset to make a .mov file

  It will be 29.97
