    Hi,

I’ve posted my question at the Adobe forums, but seem like nobody knows the answer, so I give it a try here. Maybe someone has an insight.

When converting an AVCHD footage (1920×1080 60i 17Mbps) using the “Apple iPod/iPhone Widescreen Preset” in Adobe Media Encoder CS5, the resulting movie will lock up the iTouch once the movie finished playing. I have to do a hard reset (I believe that’s what they call) on the iTouch. The footage taken from a SONY DSC-HX5V digital camera.

I’ve noticed that the preset uses 29.97fps. If I change this to 30fps, the movie will not crash the iTouch, but it cuts off about a second or two from the end of the movie.

    Thanks.

    Specs:
    Windows 7 Ultimate x64
    Media Encoder v5.0.1.0 x64 (CS5)
    iTouch 2G iOS 4.1
