  Media Encoder – How to render AVCHD file into less than 40mb without loss quality?

  I’m using Canon Legria HF R26 – file type avchd with mxp file size
  Normally my footage will be a few GB

  Using Media Encoder

  Need to render into less than 40mb file size and with max 5-7 minutes

  RENDER DETAILS:

  H 264 preset
  vbr pass 2

  Bitrate
  0.7 min to 1.5
  1.2 max to 8

  The footage quality still loss, what can i do to my video from being pixelated ???
