  Media Encoder H264-MP4 glitch

  Using Media Encoder CS6 on a Mac running 10.6.8.

  When I create an MP4 file, I get a white glitch on a few frames at times.
  The glitch would be consistent if I redid the export again.

  I play the file in QT7, it looks fine. QT10 I see the glitch. VLC looks fine.

  However, if I use Media Encoder CS5, then the glitch does not happen.

  Is this a problem with AMECS6 or QT10?
