I need some help exporting a bunch of short videos in .mov using Media Encoder. When I put the export settings to .mov and click EXPORT, the video is exported correctly. However when I try and export the same video with the same settings and click QUEUE (to media encoder) the video is exported incorrectly to a .f4v format. Help?!

Media Encoder must be defaulting to that as it’s export settings (which it shouldn’t be). Just change the export settings in Media Encoder.

I did try and change the settings in Media Encoder to .mov but there is no option for it in the drop down menu (before you click “start render”)
