Recently did an in place upgrade from Vista 64 Business to Windows 7 Professional. Installed Premier Pro CS5 Production Premium upgrade.
    HP Z800, 2 Xeon 2.8GHz, 12 GB Ram, 64 bit.
When I export an HD time line or even a single clip to Media Encoder and ask it to make an FL4 @ 2 pass VBR it stops rendering exactly 50% of the way through the process. It will make a single pass.
I have also run into a problem with the transcription feature. It will transcribe up to the 50% mark , STOP, picture in lower right goes black, then after a few seconds or more it continues to transcribe and finishes the transcription, but no picture in the lower right. This is only a nuisance, but I thought it might be worth mentioning
I have been on with Adobe for almost 3 weeks back and forth and still do not have a solution. As a note everything worked fine with original 5.0 install and the problems seemed to occur with the 5.0.2 updates.
    ANY suggestions would be helpful.
    Thanks Dan
