  Hi

  I am a newbie. I have managed to blunder my way thru to the encoding but have the following probs. Have run my 3:15min clip at a few different rates (small files only) I get audio but no visuals in the pop up player and the Itunes player.

  If I convert to Divx lo and behold there is light but following probs, in order of importance:

  Speeded up sequence has slowed down;

  Intial clip (1 sec approx) chopped of;

  2 random clips are at an increased size in the full scrren mode, (all clips from same source)

  any suggestions gratefully accepted
