Media Database
Can anyone suggest a Media Database or some sort of Library software?
We are about to put together our Xsan and have tons of video. We have about 40TB of video that has to be organized. I know Final Cut Serve is on its way but I need something in 3 weeks. I -

Forgive me if this sounds stupid, but have you considered using iTunes?

Try Metadata Hootenanny it’s the iTunes for Quicktime. It will list files and display all metadata contained in the QT (selectable) including source, and TC. It will “watch” folders and update the list as movies are added on relaunch. Only drawback is it will not”see” nested folders.
