  Media-Convert server isn’t responding error

  hi you tried converting an MP4 to an WMV you get the server not responding error please try again later

  Try 1: If you choose video file you get the message: “Extension can be used in more than one program. Choose the correct format” and when hitting Enter on Classic theme or button on XP theme makes message appear again.

  Try 2: When converting an video you get “The server is not responding! Please try again.” so try again later and cleared the cache. Visiting “Japanese” version of Media-Convert and picking same file will get “Duplicate file extension. Please select the correct input format.” message.

  Try 3: Converting an video from MP4 to WMV gets the message “Timed Out” and gets another message “The response of the server! Please try again.”. The server was connecting to w17.media-convert.com and w12.media-convert.com and it was timed out because the file wasn’t converted.
