Media Composer Zoom in/out Timeline!!!
I know the up and down button zooms in and out on the timeline on Xpress. But what is the keyboard command for the Adrenaline Media Composer?
I should know this…but have drawn a blank!!!!

Try control + ] (zoom in) or control + [ (zoom out).

And after that, you could remap them to your arrow keys (like i did as i was too addicted to it..)

How would you remap a key combination to the keyboard? (I don’t see it in the command palette)

Open your Keyboard settings, open the Command Pallete, choose Menu to Button, then go the fast menu of your timeline and map More Detail and Less Detail (which is Zoom In and Zoom Out on your timeline).
The only way to map a key combination like that in Avid is to map the menu command. The key combination is just the default shortcut.
