Media Composer Troubles
I don’t know where to turn and I’m at my wits end. I can’t log into the avid community forums for advice and I have no idea what the problem is so I can’t search for it, but the screen shots below show the issues I’m having.
I know Avid doesn’t support 4k monitors yet, or so I’ve read, and I’ve tried everything from changing the resolution, hooking it up to a 1080p monitor and even uninstalling the software and re-installing it while connected to the 1080p source.
I really want to learn this software so I can add it to my resume but this is a huge deterrent. I need help. :<
As you can see, the text in menu’s are all misaligned
But that’s not even the big issue, this is: You can see that in the composer window the video only plays the upper left portion of the clip in both windows. The video plays, but this is all I see.

I’d solve logging onto the Avid community forums. Or make a new logon.

I can’t. There registration isn’t working. I keep getting a registration failed message.
