  Media Composer Academic in Europe?

  Does anyone know where the best place is to buy Avid Academic versions in Europe and how the academic qualification works? I read in a few places that only institutions can buy the Academic version of MC? Is that right?

  In any case, I tried JourneyEd but their European website only lists Xpress Pro and they have not responded to my queries.
