Media Composer 3.5 and Snow Leopard (OSX 10.6)
With the announcement that the 64 bit update for Mac OSX, Snow Leopard (OSX 10.6) will be available for upgrade earlier than expected (August 28th, 2009)
Will Media Composer 3.5 and above versions be compatible Snow Leopard?
A huge advantage in using Snow Leopard would allow access to more than 2GB of RAM per APP, which would obviously be a fantastic thing for Avid editors / producers.

Usually Avid needs quite some time to test and approve new OS configurations. You could try running it, but it will need to be a hobby project until the day that Avid officially qualifies that OS (and certain types of machines to run it on).
