Media Asset Manager with Sony Vegas
Hello – I am working in a shop that has 3 editors working on 4, seperate PCs editing Sony Vegas. We are recording up to 3 live streams at a time, using Digital Rapids Stream, storing the files on our local machines and editing them with Vegas.
We are looking to add some media asset management to our systems. Ideally, all our PCs would edit and upload from a common drive, and we want to add a “chunking” feature – all editors pulling down and editing from the same live stream, instead of recording locally.
Is there anyone that can point me in the right direction? I hope this is enough information to get across what we are looking for.
