    Hi Guys,
There used to be a free download of a thing they called the Media 100 transcoder which allowed other users (those without Media 100 hardware) to use Media 100 media. I’m trying to access quicktime files created with my xs on my Mac Pro (intel). Does this software still exist?
    Thanks!

Currently there is no free download of the Universal version of the Codec. You can download a free copy of the PPC version here. This will run on Intel Macs under Rosetta (you need to run your App in Rosetta mode to access the Media 100 files). Or you can buy any current Media100 system (like Media 100 Producer); the new systems contain the Intel-native/Universal versions of the Codec, which is free to use on all your systems once you bought a Media 100 software license.
