Media 100 HD codec issue with AE
I have a very strange problem with clips digitized in SD (M100 HD Codec 8 bit). They look perfect in M100 but after renderings made in After Effects using the same codec and reimported in M100, i havel aliasing alterations on highlights, especially white lines, kind of “zebras”. It is not spectacular so i didn’t noticed it before, but it is a real problem because i must give a TGA image sequence to a laboratory of this film for a 35mm shoot. I just tried renderings with other codecs (lossless, animation), with the same results. I never noticed that before, and didn’t had time to make more tests, but my images are unusable this way. Did anybody else encoutoured this ? Any help is greatly appraciated.

It was an AE settings problem. Nothing to do with M100 codec. With an apple F on the clip in AE bin, and desactvation of fields order, everything look perfect again. It is strange that this setting doesn’t look good by default. Anyway, i’m happy again.
