    Media 100 Audio Import issue

    Hi

    I’m having trouble importing any audio in 44k in a 48k session in an acceptable quality.
    When importing and converting 44k to 48k in media 100 the sound has ringing high frequency, like harmionics. When converting the file to 48k in QT player and thne importing without converting in M100, it sounds right.
    tested in 12.02, 12.03 HDe and 12.1 Producer.

    All these problems that people are reporting have been troubling me but I hesitate to ask too many questions!

    I get this harmonic in audio that I am acquiring with video. I hear it whenever the clip is played either from a bin or timeline and is something I have noticed only with version 12. I ignore it because when a timeline is either mastered to tape or encoded into a DVD the audio plays perfectly.
