    Hi,

Just wondering if anyne has upgraded to Media100i 8.2.1 without selecting the lossless option and then went back and was able to change the settings to allow the lossless option to be active. Right now i can see it in my media settings window but can not select it. I tried reinstalling the software but that did not work.

Thanks in advance for your time.

Do you have a lossless capable P6000 board? If not, you cannot use the lossless compression.

    Hi,

    Yes I have a P6000.

When I did the intial install the application asked me if I wanted to activate the lossless setting; at the time i selected not too because of hard drive space.

However, I am trying to capture and composite some green screen segments and the compression is killing the effectiveness of the keying abilitiy.

    [Sal] “Yes I have a P6000. “

Do you have a P6000 LOSSLESS capable? You should see that in the “About” window of the application.
