MCA v2.1.8, NCA v6.1.8 and NC XP v6.1.8 available
Avid Media Composer Adrenaline v2.1.8, NewsCutter Adrenaline v6.1.8 and NewsCutter XP v6.1.8 were released and are currently on the Avid download center. Customers with Media Composer Adrenaline v2.x, NewsCutter Adrenaline v6.x and NewsCutter XP v6.x can download at no charge.
The x.1.8 release resolves the Access Violation errors that customers reported after upgrading to the x.1.7 release.
Avid normally archives the editor applications on Avid.com under a previous version section; however due to the nature of the access violation errors, the x.1.7 versions will not be reinstated.

You’re probably tired of answering this, Marianna, but do you have an estimate for release of HDV on Adrenaline? And will it require the HD expansion board?
