MC6 and Desktop 9
I have installed Avid Media Composer 6 and also BMD Desktop 9. AMC works fine by itself but as soon as I install the Desktop 9 it won’t play and I get an error. “SFPlayConsumer::Execute TIMEOUT”
I am using the Intensity Pro card.
Has anyone else had this issue?Peter Brewer

As mentioned in the email (this is for the benefit of others) that error is basically referencing that the card is being expected to produce a frame rate that it doesn’t support. Shifting to one of the supported formats makes this error go away.
What I do have to look into is that for some reason it allows me to setup a 720p30 project which is a format that board does not support. So in my opinion that should not be an option (it should show 720p60 and it’s variants). So we’ll need to look into that.
