    MC5 on a 15″ MacBook Pro?

    Hi folks,

    Avid approve running MC5 on the Intel Core Duo Mac laptops (the 13″ variety of MacBook Pro), but is anyone running MC5 on an Intel Core i5 MacBook Pro (the 15″ variety)?

    I am hoping to buy this spec :

    MacBook Pro 15″
    Intel Core i5
    4GB memory
    320GB hard drive
    SD card slot
    Intel HD Graphics
    NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M with 256MB

    Has anyone experienced problems?

    Any thoughts gratefully received,

    Good to hear, thanks for that. I’m presuming that the 17″ MBP may be alright as well.

    hello fellow cows…

    on those mac books i would assume running media on an external drive is the thing to and i would think that one of the DNX codes would be great yes?
