MC 6 – audio tracks :(
Looks like a nice upgrade but was really hoping for the ability to monitor more than 16 tracks – I cut a lot of animation and we need to hear at least 24 tracks. C’mon Avid…. what’s the deal?

There was a chat with the developers just after the webminar.
They told us that they are looking at 24 tracks. With the new 64-bit architecture they can push to a lot more than they have, but they are still developing it and testing.I guess the basic hardwork of 64-bit is done, and now they can add features to really use all that power.
Still, great update. New engine without changing any of the features we have.
