I’m using the Boris Extruded Text. When I keyframe a rotation it doesn’t seem to work. I tried in the advanced key framing as well as the record window. This happened to me before and then I got it to work but have no idea what I did differently. Is there some stupid thing I’m overlooking that I’m not aware of? I’m still a fairly new Avid User.

Took 2 ******* days to figure this out. Thanks to noone but myself. But in case anyone else ever has problems with this here’s the solution. In order to make the keyframes work, you must add the keyframes BEFORE changing the value. Much different than how it works in FC or AE, and makes no sense to me but there it is.

    David,
I’m not knocking creativecow, cause i like this site a lot. But the fact is that their are only a few avid guys who answer questions on this site. It’s always been a pretty FCP centric site. I would check out Avids user forums and you will prob get quicker responses to your avid questions

    David,

If you touch a control on the Record monitor MC should add a keyframe.

Starting in 5.5, you have to add a keyframe in the KF editor first.

Scott, sure, there’s less traffic here, but better answers. 😉
