MBL not loading image data in Vegas 9.0e

Is it the first time you are using this plugin in Vegas?

MBL uses the Vegas Preview Window to import the image. If the preview is black the image will be black. I usually find a good representative frame, then I switch my preview to Best (Full) and then I press the Edit button on MBL. This usually gives me a nice hi-res image to work with.

I use MBL for getting an extra umph for my footage. It’s great for this. However, it is not real time, and as Johnny is suggesting, you need to have the T/L cursor already “resting” on a suitable, representative frame of the Event. If you know this already, then we’d need to be looking at another possibility that is giving you this black frame result.

It works now. Downloaded latest version and updated video drivers.
