Maxx Digital Question
We’re trying to add an account to a Maxxdigital Finalshare system. We open System Preferences/Sharing, select “file sharing” and add user to our specified hard drive array. All is good and beautiful until we close System Preferences, at which point the user disappears. As the commercial goes, “Like it never even happened”.
Any ideas?

call me ? I can remote into your system, and do this for you FOR FREE. I will call you in a few minutes (its 3:10pm).The problem sounds strange, but I will take a look.
