I know that the DVD-5 standard is 4.7GB. I have a lot of content (128 minutes), so I planned my encodes carefully, and Adobe Encore says the disc is 4.69GB. It burns just fine, but I’d like to know, are all DVDs the same size, or might I have problems when duplicating in the future?

Side note: Before building, Encore says the disc is 4.69GB. After building, it says 4.65GB.

    Hi Elliott,

If you were able to burn the project once, you’re all set, it will always work in the future with any 4.7GB DVD media, no worries.

    Thanks
