  Maximum Bit Depth

  Hi,

  Just wondering how most people work with the Maximum Bit Depth & Maximum Render Quality check boxes within the sequence settings. Is it standard practise to check both, or just the Render Quality box? Does checking the Bit Depth box adversely affect 8-bit video or does it simply allow 10-bit images to be processed at the highest quality? How do people tend to work? I’m mostly using DVCPRO HD material.
