  Matrox uncompressed m101

  I’m trying to put in use our old analogue video capture tool from Matrox – MXO 2 LE – to digitise some old footage. For capturing we are using Matrox AV tools on Windows, which has an option for Matrox uncompressed 8-bit codec, named as m101 in ffmpeg. Problem is that I cant manipulate captured files with ffmpeg, as for instance conversion will just silently end without error and without transcoded video (only audio is transcoded).

  My ffmpeg version list m101 codec as supported (decoder), what you think could be the problem?
