  Matrox hardware being used by another application

  At least that’s what it says when I try to use the Matrox mp4 codec in Media Encoder. I’ve got PP CS6.01 and the latest Matrox driver, 7.01.
  I’ve uninstalled/reinstalled.
  Anyone else have this problem?
