Is the Axio shipping yet? When does the Digisuite upgrade offer expire?

The cards should be released next week. That is the info i am getting from my supplier. The digisuite discount is supposed to be 90 days from release date. I just sent a scan of my DS to my supplier yesterday so they can see the serial number.
