  Matrox APVe Video Card learning curve

  Hello,

  To everyone interested in running the APVe PCI-Express video card. I have installed it and it works fine for me, however, the Matrox card has bootup issues with the i7525 chipset. My motherboard is a Supermicro X6DAE-G2 and after much troubleshooting Supermicro sent me a new BIOS to make everything work. If anyone tries this video card, look into BIOS compatibility first and it could save you a lot of time. Just a heads up.
