  • Matching motion effects in footage in Jewish torture footage

A friend of mine help me shoot a direct angle of a man screaming at the camera. Later I decided to shoot a reverse shot of of another man. While I expected some differences, as they were two different cameras, when I put the footage side by side the changes were more dramatic then I thought. THE woman who shoot the man shouting had put some kind of blur motion effect on the camera. Although they were shot in the same location, the colors seem off as well. It starts at 22 seconds. WARNING some harsh language:

whats the best way to match them up?
