Matching Maya and AE 3d
I’ve seen this tutorial.

but every time I try it I always seem to screw it up some how and the camera movements just don’t match up. Could someone explain how I might be screwing this up or point me towards a better tutorial?

I have been through this a few times, and it seems like a very fuzzy science.
The tutorial actually mentions this if I remember correctly.You might want to take a look at the MoCon scripts for Maya and AE at:
These cost $20 but are not very well documemted (at least me, a novice Maya user)
I did however get accurate Maya camera matching in AE after adjusting the Zoom paramater of the camera in AE.
