  matching audio/video 15fps to 30fps for youtube

  I recorded a skype conversation/debate that I want to put on youtube. The software recored it at 15fps and youtube converts to 30fps.

  I’m using Premier pro 5.5. How can I alter the video in adobe premiere to be 30fps so youtube doesn’t totally mismatch the audio/video?

  Right now, its totally mismatched.

  Any links or instructions would be greatly appreciated.
