OK, what am I missing here?

I’ve always been baffled in multicam mode by the lack of actual match framing.

I know I can select OPEN sync to see and play all the angles in concert with my Canvas/timeline. I know I can double-click on the timeline to bring up the sequence clip of that particular multiclip.

HOWEVER, utilizing “F” (match, or find, frame) in the timeline works improperly, IMHO. It brings up ONLY the master clip active angle…whereas I want it to bring up the master multiclip (you know, the one WITHOUT the little dots in the bar…).

So far, the only way I can bring up the master instance of the multiclip is to bring it in from the browser…which isn’t what I want to do…I want to match the current sequence frame, whilst viewing the master multiclip.

    No can do?
