Match Frame — which do they match?
I have a sequence of 3 video tracks on top of each other…and i need to match frame on the track in the middle…i tried disabling the track 1 & 3 and it doesnt work when i match frame. it comes up to match track 1.
Is there any way around this so i could match frame to the track that i only want to use?

Look up the auto select buttons in your manual. Match frame uses these buttons, not the track destination buttons.
