I have Vegas Platinum. I am butting together a bunch of sound bites on one track. Instead of ordering my tracks and laying over the b-roll on the upper track, I’ve been splitting the interview video and putting in the b-roll. Dumb me (in fact, I’m now using separate tracks for interviews, b-roll, and graphics). Now I’ve changed my mind and want my interview video back up. How can I do a match frame to recover that shot? I searched Vegas help, Google, and this forum for combinations of “match frame” and “edit”. Does Vegas call it something else? And if Platinum doesn’t have this feature, does Pro? If so, what does Sony call it? Thanks so much!

Right click the video, open in Trimmer.

Thanks for the quick reply, Douglas. Perhaps I’m missing something here, but when I right click on my audio track that’s missing its long ago deleted companion video track, the audio track is the only thing that appears in the trimmer window. If I right click on the video track above the audio track, I get generic option to add or delete track. Is this a Pro vs Platinum issue?
