Master track – What is it? And how did I get it?
I hit something at some point in time and now I have a extra track which is called “Master track” on the timeline. It is not allowing me to delete it and I can’t seem to find any information anywhere..including the manual and the book I have.
Any idea how I get rid of it or what is it used for?

In Vegas Pro 8, this is called a Video Bus Track.
It gets enabled/disabled through the View menu or Ctrl+Shift+B.
It’s a control that affects everything on all your video tracks.
Look through the online help under Video Bus Track for further explanations.
