    Hello,

New to the group and the program. But I’ve been using Pro 9 at work. I took some work home with me and found a difference between the two computers. Forgive me if my terminology isn’t exactly right, but I’ll try. The lower area of the screen has all the tracks; both audio and video. If you’re in the audio view, it also shows them above, like a mixer… including a Master fader. At home, that master fader appears below with the tracks as well as above. It’s nice because I can automate the master fader to fade everything out at the end. It just seems to appear there when I make a new project. It’s NOT happening on the work machine, though, and I can’t figure out how to get it down there. I thought it would be in the View menu, but nothing I see there seems to do it.

    Any suggestions?

    thanks

I think you mean the Audio and/or Video Bus Track. They appear below the other tracks in the timeline. You toggle them with B or CTRL-SHIFT-B (audio and video respectively). They should show up on the View menu too, at least in SVP 11.

Exactly! That did it! Thank you very much!

It’s weird, I didn’t even think about it until it appeared on the one machine, and I found it to be very useful. But then, I didn’t know how to make that happen on the other and missed it.

    Thanks again!
