Mastering means creating a disc master for disc replication.
As part of this process, you save your files to a hard drive or your DLT (digital linear tape) drive and give this to the replication facility.
Is this what you want to do or do you just want to make a regular DVD?

Ok I see. I wasn’t sure if Vegas was as to master a DVD.
Is there a way to copy protect a DVD with dvda?

“I wasn’t sure if Vegas was as to master a DVD.”

Did you mean to say “…was able to…”?

“Is there a way to copy protect a DVD with dvda?”

No there isn’t and even if there was, most 10 yr. old kids can break the copy protection in a heartbeat 🙁
