Masks…
So I rendered a big movie in Vegas, imported into AE. I applied a border effect (basically a feathered edge mask) before I exported.
I’m now finished with all the AE goodness, but I don’t want to re-render it, import it into Vegas, then rerender all for the sake of a nice border effect.
Where in AE can I apply a mask to everything that is output? Is there a post processing area?

You could drag the composition you’re working with into a new one, and apply a mask to the layer in that comp.
