  Masking – the easy way?

  Hi,

  My task is to mask the dolphin so that I can color-correct the water (it should be more blue/more “caribbean”).

  So – I could get rid of my girlfriend and start to mask out each frame of this 13-second clip or you guys could help me out with an idea how to use color-effects to seperate the dolphin from the background so that I could use this layer in the end as an alpha matte.

  Is there any way, or is there just not enough of a difference between dolphin/background to go this easy way?

  Any help would be appreciated…
