  masking out the out of frame edges of footage

  I recently shot some footage of a skateboarder against a white backdrop that was 12 feet wide. I need to manipulate the composition in such a way to hide the extra 3 feet on each side of the backdrop so the skater appears to enter and leave the frame against a white backdrop. I want to stay full frame so i can get a full body shot, so I cant zoom the shot in. Any and all suggestions are greatly appreciated thank you much!
