    Why does this happen?

    See link – https://www.vertigo.co.uk/mask_z_weird.jpg

I switch off the camera, trace the river on a new solid layer, add stroke, switch the camera on again – all is fine… until I turn on ‘continuous rasterization’. Then the line shifts in a major way – yellow is mask, dark blue is stroked, rendered line. If I switch views it hasn’t moved. I can pre-comp it BUT I SHOULDN’T NEED TO!

    Thanks Dave

I have had to make-do by putting the path onto the map-layer, mostly because I have no idea why the solid layer is not aligning with the map-layer

As you can see, all the parameters are the same and the layers are exactly the same size, yet they are way off.

    Any ideas?

    I have Dave, thanks.

But why do you say the two layers are not the same size? If you look at the info in the project window you will see they are both 3334×2757 and both scaled to 40%. How are they different?
