Mask edge visible after keying

I’ve used Draw Mask to put a garbage mask around the talent in front of green screen. Then I use FCPX’s Keyer, but then I see a very thin gray line at the border of the garbage mask. How can I get it not to do that? Do I need to feather the mask, or adjust the key? Thanks.

Reverse the order of key and mask.
